NPP’s Arthur Kennedy Says He Doesn’t Respect Nana Akuffo Addo As A Leader

Nana Akuffo-Addo

The NPP are trying to wade through the muck of their internal wrangling as best as they can, with the latest shot being the suspension of Kwabena Agyepong and Sammy Crabbe.

Whilst that might look like a good point to cease fire and start thinking about strategising to save us from the hell John Mahama is putting us through- it seems tensions in the party are running far higher than that.

Another very troublesome son, Arthur Kennedy, has waded in again, with comments likely to cause more confusion. Speaking on Starrfm, he said that the handling of the current crisis by the flagbearer, Nana Akuffo Addo, leaves a lot to be desired.

He answered in the negative when asked by Nii Arday Clegg whether he held any respect for the flag bearer.

“No, I don’t respect Nana Addo,” he succinctly said.

“I do not think that he is a respectful democratic leader and someone who respects democracy…if you ask me from the bottom of my heart whether I respect Nana Akufo-Addo as a leader then I will say no, I don’t, I respect him as an elder of the party.”

His main gripe was that throughout all these problems the NPP are facing, the flag bearer has done very little to stem the tide.
