Lauryn Hill paid homage to Fela Kuti by visiting the late music icon’s African Shrine in Lagos on Monday evening.
Seun Kuti, the youngest son of Fela, took to his Instagram account to share images of ex Fugees singer at the African Shrine.
“Last night at the African shrine. Real recognize real. She said ‘ to face the external u must master the internal’ @ms_laurynhill @kirakarnival I thank the entire team for making it happen,” Seun captioned the pic.
Lauryn, a multiple Grammy Awards winner, entertained her African fans over the weekend at a concert in Lagos.
