Kids, we always say do not believe everything you see on TV—especially when it comes to the many celebrities. These people are capable of doing everything to stay relevant, including borrowing—something you wouldn’t even ever want to do.
Yesterday, 50 Cent appeared in Manhattan Supreme court and told the court that, the expensive Bentleys, Lamborghinis and Rolls Royces he flashes in music videos are not his.
The rapper under oath said; “those cars were rented.”
He continued; “It’s like music videos, they say action and you see all these fancy cars but everything goes back to the dealership.”
Not just that, when it comes to all the blings and watches, he said “I borrowed from the jeweler.”
50 Cent told the court he only owns 3 jewelries and occasionally gets his friend who works in the jewelry industry to melt them and create new blings out of them for him.
Ask to why he maintains this fake lifestyle, Curtis Jackson told the court that “You gotta smile when you’re in a public situation. If you’re crying they’re just having more fun with you.”
50 Cent made headlines a few days ago when he filed for bankruptcy and in court papers filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Hartford, Conn., Mr. Jackson reported assets and debts each in the range of $10 million to $50 million.
