Bola Ray WINS 2015 GUBA Media & Entertainment Award + Full List of the Winners

Bola Ray (real name Nathaniel Kwabena Anokye Adisi), the CEO of Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) Network, owners of Starr FM, Kasapa Fm, Live Fm and several other media outlets has been honored with the the 2015 GUBA Media and Entertainment Award.

A well deserving honor, Bola Ray who attended the 5th edition of the annual GUBA Awards was full of excitement—and dedicate his award to his strong business partner-Dr Kwabena Duffour as well as the staff of the EIB Network.

“This award is to a man I have come to respect so much. I call him daddy now; Dr Duffour. It’s been 17 years of struggling. This is to tell people that it is possible,” Bola Ray said.

This year’s GUBA Awards took place on Saturday in London and it was attended by several respectable personalities from Ghana and the United Kingdom, including Chairman of the EIB Group and HODA Holdings and former Finance Minister of Ghana-Dr. Kwabena Duffour, the former First Lady of Ghana-Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Peace Fm’s Kwame Sefa Kayi and Ghana’s High Commissioner to UK-Victor Smith.

GUBA Exceptional Achievement Award went to Dr. Kwabena Duffour and  retired boxer-Azumah Nelson received the GUBA Sporting Legend Award.
