According to reports, Ghanaian football star-Asamoah Gyan has purchased a 3 storey building situated at MCcarthy Hill in Accra, overlooking a river with a small swimming pool for a whooping $3 million.
When it comes to such reports, we are used to the price of whatever item having been multiplied by 10—that should explain why Asamoah Gyan would want to spend $3 million on this property as reported.
According to AllSportsGhana “the Al Ain star earns over $200,000 a week and can definitely afford to splash the cash on the house that is estimated to cost a whooping $3million.
The building,located at the exclusive McCarthy Hills enclave in Accra comes with two bars,a massive swimming pool that overlooks a water body and has a private access route.
The three floors of the house are each done in a different theme with high security features including bullet proof doors.”
