Over the years, I’ve said that Ghanaians abroad will never support your business and therefore, if you decide to establish a business abroad with Ghanaians being the majority of your customers, your business will drop dead within the first two years.
I’ve witnessed it happen to my Auntie, my Sister, my Cousins and even Myself. The issue is’ Ghanaians do not want to pay for ANYTHING. Even if they are ready to pay, they will rather offer peanuts, far below the worth of whatever product or service you are selling.
Ironically, they will not mind going to a foreigner and paying the person 10x what you are charging. But you being a fellow Ghanaian simply means, you should give them whatever it is for FREE , on CREDIT or at an UNREASONABLE price…
My cousin used to plait hair and to frank, the Caribbeans and other Africans paid for her services without any fight. Some even gave her tips on regular basis.
When it came to Ghanaians, they always wanted it for FREE and I won’t say majority or minority of Ghanaians. Damn it, all of them wanted it for FREE or at some ridiculous low price or on credit, which they never intended to pay. Eventually, she closed the business.
I started selling weaves some few years ago and I ended up being in debt, because my fellow Ghanaians took the weaves on credit and when it was time to get my money back, it became one fight upon another.

Another reason why Ghanaians will always be where we are—FOREVER and EVER!

This is so true. Don’t do no business with Ghanaians in fact all Africans and don’t make them your primary customers. They are so CHEAP and they want everything for free.
I hear Ghanaians argue all the time in African shops over 1 euro and something even less. Disgrace. It is happening everywhere then

Ghana I and don’t like to pay….I experience this all the time…I do photography….I’m so reasonable….but noooo they won’t pay….but before I know it they are going to the foreign photographers and paying loads of money….
I have to comment on this because its a very sad thin. Same happened to someone i know who opened a ghanaian restaurant in berlin.after one year da woman had to close down tha shop. Bt dis same ghanains troops to eat in a cameroonian restaurant. If u ask some of them they say it too expensive or they wont buy her food so she get money and start making too known.like reali? Very sad indeed
